Schöner Ton.

Stell doch mal Dein Modding vor, damit wir sehen was den Ton erzeugt.
If you don't know how to fix it, stop breaking it!

Thanks for your feedback :)

Here is how it was done.

It's sort of a mix between a 2204 & jtm45,
input 33k
stage 1, 2k7.68uf 2n2 coupler
stage 2, 10k 22n coupler
stage 3, 820r22uf
tone stack 500p33k
all filtering 32uf apart from v1&2 22uf
combo before the gain pot 470k500p, 5n bright cap
change the 470k470k500p divider to 470k470k100p
pi output couplers .1uf
NFB 27k 8ohm 5k pot .1uf
Normal MV,

Tubes gold lion kt66, v1 siemens, v2&3 rft

no boosting or anything like that, just the guitar amp & speakers, recorded it with a sm58 beta pointed directly at the middle of the speaker & at a 45% angle, then added a bit of reverb & delay in cubase, no eq, panned it left & right, there ya go

cheers

Cheers Guys :)

Amp setting's where, gain 4, mv 3, t 6, m 4, b 6, p 6,

So it wasn't very loud.

I forgot to say the Tranny's are from Marstran.

Thanks Manfred for your great feedback :) There is no schem, its a mod which i have done myself, its a mix between a 2204 & a jtm45, i wanted to try & keep the tone of a JTM45 but with a bit more gain.

Here is a new clip with a few more tweaks, the amp is really cranked here,  http://soundclick.com/share.cfm?id=11115641

Hi Nigel,

I drew in  your shared values in a 2204 preamp schematic.
Is this circuit the right one?

Cheers Nigel

Hi Manfred, great job thanks :) that was the spec for the first clip, if you are interested in the cranked clip tone, then i changed the first stage to 2k7.47u, bright cap to 1n, & the NFB to 100k4ohm .1u, also i only have one 22uf filter cap, if you look at the ceriatone jtm45 layout you will see a 16uf cap on the board, i have changed that to 22uf.
