just swap the OT wires to the output tubes (Pin 3). That should fix it.

I changed the V2 tube and the problem remains.
I noticed the feedback only appears in pentode mode.
When in triode mode I can have the master all the way up without feedback.

If I change the wires in the pentode triode switch it has the same effect of changing them in the tubes sockets, correct?

I'm asking because it's easier to change in the switch then in the tube socket.

I am not sure but I think that we have tested this point the last time without a positive result. Are you able to make the change within the next days or does it take longer ? And can you post the result here again ? This would be great because I am afraid that we do not have time to check by ourself before the end of the week.

I've replaced the wires just in the switch with bad results. Still feedback in pentode mode and lot more uncontrollable feedback in triode.
I'm going to replace the wires that come from the output transformer to the sockets...

Ok.changing the blue and brown wires (ota and otb) solved this issue

You also changed the sc1 and sc2 wires in the pentode/triode switch...

Mine is like yours EXCEPT the sc1 and sc2 wiring in the switch
